Welcome to Dalkey fitness.

Our instructors specialise in delivering 45 minute full body workouts at affordable costs, with no yearly sign ups required. All of our classes run on a four week programme so there is no long term financial commitment needed to keep fit.

During each fitness class, individual attention is prioritised so that the members are carefully guided through each exercise at their own pace. We do not sign-up excessive numbers so that each of our members receives the time they need to develop their health and fitness goals in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
